As an interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients address current life challenges and long-standing issues. With compassion, understanding, and authenticity, I help individuals of all ages find resolution to a wide range of personal concerns and psychological issues.

With an integration of complimentary approaches, I draw from a variety of methodologies and techniques to incorporate what is most helpful for each individual. In a comfortable and supportive atmosphere, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each of my client's individual needs. I work in a very collaborative manner with children, parents, and adult individuals to help achieve greater emotional balance, insight, symptom relief, and a sense of personal fulfillment.  

As needed, I incorporate breathing, relaxation, and guided visualization techniques into my practice as a means of furthering the connection between mind and body, thus helping reduce symptoms associated with stress, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and insomnia.
